Houston/ Galveston exotics lovers

I have a real soft spot for tropical succulents. I love epiphyllums, hoyas, cereus and it's cousins like hylocereus and selenicereus, tillandsias, bromeliads, rhipsalis.... I'm currently living in Seabrook which is south of Houston and north of Galveston. Is there anywhere nearby (or maybe even not so nearby) that has a nice selection of unusual plants on display or for sale? Looking for botanical gardens, stores, events, clubs.... just anywhere to indulge? I've found a few here-and-there but nothing really spectacular. Thanks!

You might like Jimbo's Nursery in Santa Fe. He grows lots of bromeliads.
Have you been to Maas on Todville Road, there in Seabrook?

Here is a link that might be useful: Jimbo's Nursery
