I have the wild Rain lilly all over.

What impressed me about this variety is its size, almost 2 1/2 in. in diameter, and perfect form of the flower. I wish I had more of them.

Perhaps it might bloom more if in a better spot. This one is growing right next to the house foundation in 'soil' that has never been improved plus being under wide eaves on a slope never gets rain either.

Rain lilies need full sun, all day if possible.

Cooperia drumundi. Wild all over the hill country up here. That is what it looks like to me. the blossoms get larger when they are in partial shade. It wouldn't be the first time that someone stuck on a pretty "TM" name on a wildflower. Common name is Evening Star Rain Lilly. Looky there.

I was just thinking of going out and collecting some seeds.
