Why don't you start your own from seed?

When I was at Marshall Grain last month, they had a cousin to the artichoke, cardoon, in their herb section - gorgeous silvery structural plant with vivid purple thistle blooms. I think you're supposed to eat the leaves but I always just enjoyed their beauty. They're hardy in DFW, too.

Seeds it's going to be. thank you Wally. I thought about seeds but wanted a larger starter plant, greedy me.

I saw the Cardoon it is a pretty plant and in Europe they fry the stalks so other than being pretty and edible what else could you want. Thank ya'll for the info
