I got some poppy seeds from.a friend who has moved last winter and planted them. Now I have lo.its of poppies. Some are 2 feet tall with blooms. Some are literally only 1 to 2 inches high also with blooms. They were planted same time, same place, same everything. ?????? These are all the double pink type.

Suggestions...hints.....I thought about cutting off the buds of the small ones...they are the size of lady bug!

It's my first try with poppies. I really love the flowers and the pods.
