Aloes, cactus,agaves, succulents. I use 1/2 strength once in the spring. wildflowers, natives don't much need or care for too much fertilizer. . cactus might explode . Things won't grow true to form.

Yes, I agree on the cactus.

Protea family (Protea, Leucospermum, Leucodendron, etc.) especially fine roots and don't like fertilizer, particularly phosphorous.
