I love Redenta's!! Mostly because they are so willing to let me ask them a million questions, haha. Funny about your dog Grace, because I have a 4 yr old daughter, also named Grace, who loves to run around and play chasing butterflies. I always say I'm leaving her at home the next time I go, but Carly loves to say Hi to her, so alas...i always take her back. :)

You'll love it Robert Poor phlox. It's the tallest of the ones I grow and has a beautiful color, fragrance and perfect foliage. Maybe I'll take some pictures and post them later.

Let me know how the Wooly Butterfly bush does for you. I bought it twice and both times it died. I read where it needs excellent drainage which I tried to provide, but then I wonder if because of attempting to not over water I watered it enough during the droughts of the last two summers.

roselee, I'm not expecting the wooly butterfly bush to do great for me. Drainage is no problem since our yard slopes, but I don't have a spot that's full sun.
I wanted to try it anyway.
I've regretted not buying it since I saw it last fall at Andrea's Hill Country, and Natives of Texas.
This is the first time I've seen it around here.
The Robert Poore is a good sized plant and is about bloom.
I want to add more phlox, since my John Fannick was one of the only things to bloom right the the summer last year.

I think you can never go wrong with phlox, Ruth..... love them, love them !!!!

...and I have a grandaughter named Gracie Rose who would probably love both of them! ;o)
