| I finally went to Redentas today.
I've been wanting to go for a while. I didn't get to look very long because our BIG dog was too interested in chasing their cat. I did get a Robert Poore phlox and a Wooly Butterfly Bush. Next time Grace stays home. |

| I love Redenta's!! Mostly because they are so willing to let me ask them a million questions, haha. Funny about your dog Grace, because I have a 4 yr old daughter, also named Grace, who loves to run around and play chasing butterflies. I always say I'm leaving her at home the next time I go, but Carly loves to say Hi to her, so alas...i always take her back. :) |

| You'll love it Robert Poor phlox. It's the tallest of the ones I grow and has a beautiful color, fragrance and perfect foliage. Maybe I'll take some pictures and post them later. Let me know how the Wooly Butterfly bush does for you. I bought it twice and both times it died. I read where it needs excellent drainage which I tried to provide, but then I wonder if because of attempting to not over water I watered it enough during the droughts of the last two summers. |

| roselee, I'm not expecting the wooly butterfly bush to do great for me. Drainage is no problem since our yard slopes, but I don't have a spot that's full sun. I wanted to try it anyway. I've regretted not buying it since I saw it last fall at Andrea's Hill Country, and Natives of Texas. This is the first time I've seen it around here. The Robert Poore is a good sized plant and is about bloom. I want to add more phlox, since my John Fannick was one of the only things to bloom right the the summer last year. |
