Do iy in the shade . and use cool water in your mix. Do it in the morning before the heat hits. I work with many materials that don't like the 90 and above temps so I time things for in the morning. The ingredients will still be cool from the night time temperatures. One can always take the things inside to an air-conditioned space to cure also.
