How can 96 degrees feel so cool?

We've had all the windows in the house open since last night and it feels fine. How can 96 degrees feel so cool?

Because it is 12 to 14 degrees cooler than what we have become accustomed to...............LOL>

we have been doing the same, though we closed them for a smoke smell, and the kids- I thought it felt nice, and we even sat outside last night and wondered the same.

Early this AM a light sweater would have felt good. Cool did not last long, maybe 45 minutes.

It's 59 here right now! I feel like I was transported to an alternate universe :-)

Well 96 its a whole lot cooler than the 100's and up I know I enjoyed but the 100's are coming back next week!! or so the tv says Marcie

It was 100 yesterday and I had a great day working in the shop. 11% humidity. I did the quickest glue up of a table yesterday. It was a race against drying glue.

Well, if it reaches the predicted 106 today, we won't feel like it's Fall.........what a roller coaster !!!!
