If they don't come to life in a day or two I would cut them back. Anything brown you can cut back now.

I would cut off what stems don't recover, give the rest of them a light trim IF the ends look a little shriveled, loosen the soil a bit aroung the roots if pot bound, and then plant or repot in a larger container. I sprinkle a tablespoon or so of time release fertilizer in the hole. They should be putting on buds soon.
