No one can still do lettuce , greens ,and all sorts of things. This is for travis county. Maybe your county has a schedule on their site. I plant all winter. I also use frost row covers when it gets cold. I should oplant sugar snaps today.

Go for it! If they're in containers, you can always pull them into a sheltered area when you need to.
