These are very low maintenance plants. Ours bloom well despite receiving no fertilizer and infrequent irrigation. I don't think potting them up is any different than for other plants.

The main item is a fast draining soil.
I use a catus mix and add 25% perlite to the mix.
Keep them in a small shallow pot and keep the truck or caudex exposed for future enjoyment. Google -- adenium, for more information. There is also an Adenium forum here on GW.
