HELP!!! I have a question

I bought a knockout rose to replace one that died due to the horrible drought. It was on sale so I couldn't refuse.

Is it too late to plant it?

Should I plant it now or keep it on the garage until spring?

I'd have no qualms whatsoever about planting it now :-) It can take the cold. Just don't let it dry out completely as the root system is not yet extensive.

I'd plant it and cover it with a cardboard box.

Plant it and mulch well....mulched leaves are good. I am just planted some bareroot roses this week and am planting potted ones as I have time.

Thanks, I think tomorrow I will plant it.
Now I only have to decide where to plant it. LOL

Lowe's had them on sale for $4.25 but they were sold out so I found really big, healthy bushes at Home Depot and they matched the price.
I was doin' the happy rose dance!

I got the rose planted and it looks great.
