Wow, you can eat these?? I'm a fortunate(?) owner of this plant, got a couple of them, and now pull them out by the hundreds, they reseed like mad, it seems, but during August, when everything looks burned out, these plants are so fresh and fun to have... I love them!!
Ogrose, I agree. I love them too for their ability to look fresh when nothing else does. I've got three kinds, but I don't have too many volunteers since I use such thick mulch on everything.
Never tried eating them though. It's interesting to know there is something edible that is easy to grow besides Malabar spinach ... :-)
