frost damage

My wisteria on the north side had green leaves before that last hard frost, now they are falling off. The two in the backyard had already turned yellow, not worried about those. Also, the lemon tree froze its leaves, but the stems look ok. What do you think about both those coming back out?

The wisteria is doing what it's supposed to do, drop its leaves.

The lemon may not have had permanent damage, but you need to find a way to move it to safety so it can last through the winter.
