Hi All of You Upstaters:

I haven't posted up in quite some time but thought you'd be interested in these pics I took not long ago back in earl Oct.

Many of you post up of some of the glorious things we are fortunate to see in nature from Elk to Eagles that now wander through our State.

The following is of a "Fish Eagle" better know as an Osprey taken while my son and I were fishing in the Old Erie Canal with our row boat.

The Osprey's wing span is close to six feet and the camera was a 35mm lens without zoom if this gives you some idea of how close we were to the capture.

I'll post up in more detail of the actual details that surrounded this experience if you have time to come back?

For now I hope you enjoy I think what is a pretty incredible pic from a novice at photography.

I'll add for now the fish was quite large.
