My Honeysuckle vine on the split rail fence is leafing out.The poor thing thinks it is spring, but I'm afraid it will get a rude awakening one of these days. Leaves? It's still January for goodness sake?

RE: Honeysuckle leafing

I don't know, it seems like spring is here to me . . . . yesterday was 50!

All this freeze / thaw has heaved some small plants out of the ground that were only just planted in fall. I went around yesterday pushing back in some clearance specials. ( Red primrose, silver pulmonaria, artemisia guizhou, etc. )

RE: Honeysuckle leafing

My alliums are up about 3 inches, the daffodils are up about 2 inches, my daylily is coming up. My red flowering currents are all budding and my crossvine is growing. That is just the stuff I can see.
