I had good luck with Black Cherry last year in our non-summer. They tasted really good and kept producing a long time.

I plant supersweet 100. It's very prolific... 3 plants are more than 2 can eat. Only problem is that they crack after rain, so they have to be picked everyday. But they are so delicious.

Here in CNY, I had good luck with Sun Gold.

I second the Sun Gold--they grow marvelously here in Dutchess County for this not-very-experienced gardener (and grow even better for my talented dad in Western Massachusetts).

Anyone know of a good "hot" cherry tomato I can grow in containers?

I can't find a local source for Rienzi canned imported hot cherry tomatoes so I thought I'd try growing my own and jarring them.
