Will Someone Turn on the Heat Please!

I'm sure, like most other fellow NYer's, that you are tired of the cold weather. So this is your thread to whine & rant about the cold weather.

I wish I could get outside and start cleaning up the yard, but the snow needs to melt first. The next person that says "global warming" to me, I'm going to strangle and bury in a snow bank!

I usually follow "March Madness" to get me through the doldrums of March, but it doesn't seem to be working this year.

Same here. Thursday night the forecast around Albany is up to 4 inches snow, Friday 90% snow, which usually means more. That is in addition to the existing snow in my front yard. Usually my front yard is free of snow on April 1, this year we will have 'local cooling', no Global Warming when we need it.

A cool spring might be good, might prevent 3 of 4 days of night frost in one week of last May of that early spring, which destroyed new growth on dwarf conifers and deformed hosta leaves in my yard.
