Brave little yellow pansy.

All the snow is gone from my property and everything looks so drab! I was wrestling bags of trash into my car this morning to take to the transfer station when a spot of bright yellow caught my eye. In a large planter that has been sitting out behind my house since late last Fall, one brave pansy has sent up one bright yellow flower. It was a nice way to start the day.

Oh I love pansies, they are so happy.

I couldn't stand the drabness in my yard either, I bought 2 flats of pansies the other day. They've been struggling a bit with the dry weather we're having, but they sure did cheer up the landscape.
