Day Lillies exposure

Will generic day lillies do well in a due eastern (strong morning sun) exposure? Thanks

Yes, they'll do well just about anywhere they get some sun.

I've got them growing on a eastern bank...as long as they get a few hours of sun a day they will do just fine. I think the ones I have are what is keeping the bank from eroding. They've been here a long time and when you drive by all you can see on the bank is that daylily green in spring.
