Rich garden soil in Rochester?

So I finally got around to clearing my raised bed that the previous owner started.. Besides the garden soil in a bag from Lowes and Home Depot, does anyone have recommendations where I can purchase in bags some very high quality and rich garden soil to replace all of he soil that I had to trash? Thanks!

Soil usually has to be bought by the truckful. The bags of "planting mix" from Lowes, etc. is usually NOT soil, but compost type material.
