This ornamental tree is on a piece of property I am buying in Niskayuna NY. It is about 25 feet tall and has a canopy of about 20 feet in diameter. Can anyone identify it?

Thanks in Advance

RE: identity of tree?

Common Horse Chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum) is a native of Greece, Albania and Bulgaria. It came to N.A. in the eighteenth century. The nuts are toxic, unlike the American Chestnut (Castanea dentata). It is related to the Red Buckeye and Ruby Red Horse Chestnut that I have growing in my yard.
