I did a search because I had not heard of this rose. From what I can gather, it is 'Carefree Sunshine' another rose by Knockout's creator. So it is being touted as a yellow Knockout.
I don't know about this rose, but if you do a search on 'Carefree Sunshine' Rose you will get hits.

Just saw this post...we've sold 'Carefree Sunshine' at our garden center for two years. I LOVE it! Not as disease-free as the Knockout, but still VERY clean foliage and a true goldfinch yellow. Everblooming and seems to be hardier than Knockout.

I grow "carefree sunshine" and love it. Mine has gotten very tall (almost 8 feet because I did not prune)-- could be a nice pillar or fence rose. It was COVERED with bloom in the spring until it got hot and then blooms here and there in the summer. Very healthy, but not quite as perfect foliage as the other knockouts--still very good. I don't spray it. I thought they had a nice light fragrance too. I've seen them listed as having "no fragrance", but that was not true for me. I hope to get more. :) Hope you try it. :)

I have the single and double red knock outs and they are fabulous. Disease, blackspot resistant and bloom all year round except a couple weeks in Feb (zone 9).
