| Ground was scratched last week and some very expensive seed was sprinkled [a special dog pee formula=40 dollars for 6lbs]loosley covered with hay...watered rarely..then another cold snap reared its head..30 degree nights..50 days..will this seed survive what i have done ?If it warms up will it germinate or is this a lost venture??No germination is evident...is it dead? |

| It should be fine. THe cold snap should not have affected it. I just did grass seed myself and it was almost 2 weeks before the fine grass showed up. I think it takes longer to germinate in the cold. But the cold won't kill it. |
