I live in Oswego County, zone 5+ because I'm close to the lake and to the Oswego river. I planted a dogwood tree last fall, but it might not have made it othrough the winter because so far it's done nothing this spring. When should I see flowers and/or foliage? I have lilacs, apple trees, willows, azaleas and redbuds if the dogwood should bud and bloom with any of these.
