On Saturday, May 17 the NY State Zoo will have a perennial plant swap as a way for local gardeners to get together and exchange garden ideas and perennial plants with one another and the zoo. Free admission into the Zoo with the donation of a perennial plant for our Butterfly House.

The front lawn of the zoo will be open from 10 am to 4 pm for all those who are interested in swapping ideas and flowers with the zoo, each other, and with the local flower shops. All of the plants that are given to the Zoo will be placed in the Butterfly House to prepare for its opening Memorial Day Weekend.
