Where do you have it situated? They prefer an all day full hot sun and really crappy soil. No fertilizer, at all.
Take heart - I've been waiting 12 years for one and 15 for another to bloom. I think they just like being obstinate teenagers! I have my fingers crossed that this is the year for, at least, one of them.

There must have once been a trumpet vine next to the bay window of my home. A few years after I moved in, I saw a small shoot there which I identified from its distinctive leaf pattern. I let it grow. Sixteen years later it bloomed and has been blomming ever since.

Caution: they are also invasive stinkers once they bloom and set seed.

Sewobsessed is correct you don't need another wone for yours to bloom. I have been told that if you kick the trunk every now and then it will force it into bloom I really don't know if that is true or not but that is what I have been told by several people on my forum. It is also a late blooming vine and has a short bloom time. I personally prefer coral honeysuckle. It isn't invasive or agressive, it starts to bloom in spring and continues all season right up to frost.
