Request of those who attended Tara's WNY Plant Swap 6/1/08

| I'm looking for the Bok Choy (possibly?) Asian Ramen Salad person who brought this tasty dish to Tara's on 6/1. I have never tasted as good a salad as that one so I'm quite anxiously in need of the recipe for the upcoming hot summer months. Would you kindly either post here or e-mail me directly. | I loved a different asian salad. It was like coleslaw, but had a different sauce and was fabulous! I'd love the recipe for that one. I almost made a post just like Ginny's to ask for it. |

Hi,
Sorry I haven't been around to answer sooner. I'm pretty sure it was one of Tara's friends from out her way. I was in the kitchen when a couple of them were discussing the salad.
