Dumb Question about Cherry Tomatoes

Okay, it took forever for me to even figure out it was a cherry tomato plant instead of a regular one. Now that I know, I'm wondering when to pick them. They have vines where some of them are red, some are orange and some are just turning red. So do I just pick the red ones off the vine, or should I wait for the whole vine of toms to turn red?

As they turn red you pick them, when ripe they roll off into your hand easily. Good eating,
