June flowers

I am on a garden tour next June 17. I am trying to remember what is going on in garden at that time. It seems to be timed after the spring display but before the summer display. I know roses and clematis should be good , hopefully, but what other perennials would be blooming? funny how i cannot remember.

RE: June flowers

Don't know exactly where you are, but I am also listed as Z5. I'm scanning some photos I took in June...
By June 13, several of my peonies were blooming.
My oriental poppies always bloom the 2nd week in June.
Many of my asiatic lilies were blooming in mid June, along with coreopsis, several roses, foxglove, violas, campanulas, matricaria, ...
I don't see any in photos I took this year, but I'm positive that at least some of my bearded iris and siberian iris were blooming then.

For annuals, I notice lots of Nigella in my photos. :O)
