Most Valuable Deciduous Tree?

I want to plant a line of deciduous trees to the south of a building to shade it. Someday, the trees will have to come down. When they come down they might as well be salable. What are the most valuable trees that will grow in zone four, full sunlight, stony clay soil?

Fast growing, hardwood with pleasant white flowers. I recommend this tree due to the following reasons:
Wood for Woodworking & excellent for campfires/fireplace.

My second choice would be Walnut. It is fast growing and wood is valuable for woodworking.
