Is anyone familiar with the tall, varigated grass planted near the Vanity Fair store in the Waterloo outlet store place? It is about five feet tall and there are red benches in front of the grass. I hope to identify the grass so I can purchase some in the spring to plant along the front of my yard. I have dreams of hundreds of spring bulbs in full glory as the grass comes to life and starts growing again. As the grass fills out it should hide the bulb foliage that can't be cut too early. Maybe the grass is a ribbon grass?? I really have NO knowledge of grasses. I do have JPEGs if anyone wants to look at them.
