Privacy Hedges

What are the best Privacy Hedged plants to plant in Utah (utah county)? here is what we are looking for.

grow 15-20 feet tall
5 feet wide
evergreen
deer resistant (although we live more in the valley then by mountains we still want the deer to stay away because we also live next to a train and don't want the trains hitting the deer)

I have looked online and like the look of the Nellie Stevens Holly Trees, but don't know if they are a good plant or not.

I have an old fashioned lilac hedge. It is not evergreen but it is great. keeps the dear out of my yard they do not eat it and it is awesome in summer.
