Our 2nd annual get together/swap for DelMarVa/Tidewater area:

Accomac, Va - jodys yarden
The date: Saturday May 16
Any time after 10 a.m.

Afternoon-plant swap both informal and/or pre-arranged trades.

Pot Luck: Please bring a dish, main, side or desert. Bring a chair if you have one. Plates, plastic silverware, cups, some beverages and water will be provided.

This will be an informal day to meet other area gardeners and to share our plants and gardening enthusiasm.

For those that have never attended a swap/get together before, please no worries. Plants are NOT mandatory. Just come and enjoy the like minded company, make new friends and most likely go home with lots of plants. This will be a fun day.

Come on out and play everyone! :) I can't wait to see old friends again and meet some new friends too! :) If you have gardening friends, bring them with you.

For directions email me at hosta at comcast.net

RE: HAVE: 2nd Annual DelMarVa/Tidewater Get Together/Swap

Have had several folks email for directions: Please feel free to post and make some pre arranged trades if you'd like.

I'll have a bunch of plants for trading/taking.
Iris Raspberry Blush
Iris Blue Denim dwarf
Iris Smell the Roses dwarf
Iris Jewel Baby Dwarf
Various Daylilies
Creeping Jenny
Liriope
Sedums
One or two starts of hardy dutchmans pipe vine
variegated petesites (very aggressive plant)
Lots of lily of the valley
Justa a couple of lilies; Stargazer and Cancun
Various Hosta (I collect hosta there are over 1000 in my woodland garden)
Some things will be limited in quantity, others I have in abundance ;)
and lots of other stuff... if anyone wants to "put their names on" anything specific ahead of time just drop me and email and I'll send you a better more specific list. I'm sure I'll be adding to it over the next couple of weeks.

I'm always looking for woodland/shade plants to go in the "hosta garden", but also have sunny gardens and a veggie garden.
