Franklin Co. Soil Testing ?

I have lived here on Smith Mountain Lake for 15 Years and have never had my soil tested. Where is a good place to have it done? Virginia Tech? Are there any deficiencies common to this area? Please, don't everyone answer at once. (LOL) Any recommendations are appreciated. Thanks.

Check w/ your local extension office. If you have a "good one" they'll be most helpful. Of course, most of them use VT so take that for whatever you want :-)
