I believe that our bushes may have scale from what I looked up so far, we have removed them from in front of our porch and took the healthy ones and replanted them somewhere else. I plan to put new plants where the bushes used to be, my question is does scale spread to other plants or would I need to be sure and get every single leaf that fell off out of the flower bed before planting new plants there?
