ISO Ichiban Eggplant

Does anyone have a source for Ichian Eggplant?

Earlier this year I bought and planted some plants but they're not doing well and I'd like to replace them but I can no longer find them on sale. Has anyone seen them recently?

I'm in Alexandria, but spend a lot of time going back and forth to Front Royal, so anyplace in between would be great.

Thanks!
Bart

It may be a bit of a hike but Thanksgiving Farms in Adamstown , MD (outside of Frederick) still had eggplant plants a week ago. Not sure what varieties, but may be worth giving them a call. 301-662-1291

RE: ISO Ichiban Eggplant

Thanks lkaa! but I ended up getting lucky last night much closer to home. I'd been checking out the usual places near where I live and none of them had the Ichiban anymore but yesterday I took a chance on a tiny little roadside place and, jackpot! They still had tons of stuff left (tomatos, pepers, herbs, melons, and eggplant).

I think I may abondon my usual nursery just up the road for this little place. The big nursery barely had anything left - just a couple of herb plants, no tomatoes, and no other veggies. I know it's getting a little late, but it's not *that* late!
