No White Azaleas This Past Season

I have a half dozen white azaleas, probably Delawares, scattered around a 1/3 acre lot. None flowered this year, first time I have ever noticed this, yet all my other azaleas flowered. Did anyone else experience this or know why this happened?

My whites (unknown variety) didn't flower either but then there were almost no flowers on any azaleas in the border they're in. I lay it to the dry conditions last year during late summer when they were setting buds. I even lost a few old established plants that I thought were probably drought proof by now. The only ones that flowered well were in a bed I water with a soaker hose when it gets exceptionally dry and some Encores in a foundation bed against the east side of the house. Hopefully things will be better this year and they will put on a good show next spring.

Mine bloomed like gangbusters this year. It is the only color I have, so I have nothing to compare to. I am not sure what variety I have but they were gorgeous.
