Wild flower

Found what looked like a maidenhair fern growing in a dry shady spot. I was certain it couldn't be maidenhair and today I found bright yellow tubular flowers, very delicate and very beautiful. This plant is not higher than 4" and about 5" wide. Any ideas? I've tried to find it in various books to no avail. Thanks for your help.

You should post this on the "Name That Plant" forum. This forum gets very little action.

Here is a link that might be useful: Name That Plant
