Need paver sand in Fairfax County

Posted by darcie2 VA (My Page) on

I'm trying to put in a new patio and need sand to go under the pavers. I need approximately 2-3 yards and it needs to be affordable.

Luck's is out of sand and Remington Mulch will only deliver a minimum of 5 cubic yards--at $46.00/yard that seems expensive to me!

Can someone please point me in the right direction.
Thanks!
Darcie

Have you tried Craven's on Rt. 50? They delivered fill dirt, compactable gravel and stone to us last year. They seemed reasonable -- cheaper than Remington -- and we didn't need a minimum yardage on the gravel. Good Luck -suz
