Greetings :) I live in Orange and work in Charlottesville. We live on 16 acres and this is the first year I've tried to garden (in the past I only planted flowers), since my 7 year old son decided that since we live on a farm we need to be farmers. I planted zucchini, yellow squash, a couple of kinds of cherry tomatoes, some wax beans, sweet peppers and sweet potatoes. So far all is well other than the peppers dying off (I think I over-watered them terribly). Is anyone from the area and willing to befriend a newbie? My biggest problem is that I don't know when to plant what, is there a place to find such things?
