I live in NoVa / Loudoun County. I'm looking for a landscaping or lawncare (company or person) to work on my 40 x 20 townhouse yard. I had a deck put in and now my yard needs redone from scratch. Sodding, seeding, drainage, pruning, some pavers, etc.

Anyone have any recommendations?

(Seems like many companies out here won't even talk to you unless you are going to spend 5 figures.)
