What's the name of this grass?

There's a 6'- 8' ornamental grass that I see often, but don't know it's name. What's unique about it is that it's shape is totally different from most Miscanthus. It grows very upright and vase-like. In other words, the top 1/3 of this grass bends outward, so that it looks like a vase. I believe it's leaves are finer than the usual Miscanthus and it has a "wispyness" that is pretty. It's leaves move gently in a breeze.

It does not bend or fall over and doesn't seem to spread as wide as some of the Miscanthus types I'm familiar with. I can't recall the seed head color, but I believe it's silvery. I'd sure like to find the name for this one!
