Looking for a garden supply store near DC

Hi Virginia Gardeners,

I am looking for an organic friendly, progressive garden supply store in or around the DC area.

I am presenting a gardening workshop in DC in February and I'm looking to have a garden supply store loan some implements and tools to be used in some indoor demonstrations. I'm looking to borrow items like an Earthway seeder, a colinear hoe (like Eliot Coleman uses), other basic garden tools. None of these tools will actually go in the dirt. They would be for display and demonstration purposes only. The store would get a nice bit of advertising during the workshop.

Let me know what your favorite garden store is and if they might have the tools I mentioned.

Thanks for your help!

Try Merrifield.

Don't know of any other large and friendly centers in your area.

Here is a link that might be useful: Merrifield Garden Center
