Hard Water for Container Plants

I have a few citrus plants/trees and pomegranates I acquired over the last summer. Now that the summer is coming to an end, I'm trying to figure out the best way to water them through the winter.

In Fairfax County where I live, the water is considered moderately hard (60-120ppm or 3.5-7 grains per gallon), though it is occasionally it is hard (120-180 ppm or 7-10.5 grains per gallon). Is this considered too hard for my plants to absorb nutrients? I know that citrus and pomegranates like it slightly acidic.

Thank you!
