OK what you see is the cart sectioned off in 1/3 which is my active worm area other area at this time is holding my supplies. worms look to be happy all in my 1/2 finished compost i added from my outside pile, also eating in some areas where i have lightly added food. I am not getting any liquid draining out the 1" hole I have in bottom and I hate to over water. The moisture content looks good to me.. but it has only been up and running for 6 days now. I also founf a small greenish egg could that be little wormies to come??? :-)

Looks like a really nice setup you have there. That's gotta work!

How many worms did you start up with?

I don't know about greenish cocoons. Mine seem to have been like a transleucent yellow at first, then more browninsh before they disappear (hatch, but never witnessed the event, yet).

Here's a photo of E. fetida cocoons (at least the small ones are...not sure what the big ones are...still waiting for them to hatch). The small ones are just under 1/8" long.
