Anyone from Oahu here - Marukai Dillingham DUMPS all their veggie cuttings in the dumpster that is in the COVERED parking area! They don't mind dumpster diving but do not climb in to the dumpster.

Mostly cabbage & lettuce trimmings! And they even BAG it before they dump it so you can just take the entire bag!!

Wow. A worm farmer's treasure chest ;-) What we find here in South Africa is that more and more restaurants are starting their own worm farms or sending their kitchen waste to the ones that do.
