I was pretty happy with my worms. But then again they free from my compost heap.

labeling the worms with the latin name and a picture showing what they consider to be one pound of worms.

Selecting worms from nearby is always better than from far away if shipping.

A pound of worms should be about the same size as a pound of hamburger. This is after the bedding is removed. With bedding it should weigh more.

They're a small, family-owned company with a good reputation. I'd also echo everything equinoxequinox said.

I've head great luck with them as well. I had a order in December and noticed several weeks later that one of the trays had a crack in it. After sending them a photo they immediately sent another tray. A+
