| was the composter frozen solid over the winter? either way, very impressive resilience. |

| I brought my bin in from the cold porch over the weekend. There were some dead stiff ones in the catch tray and some of the bedding was partially frozen. I let it sit for a day and checked; there were lots of live worms and lots of babies. They were really hanging tight deep below the bedding and into the compost. Picked a limp worm out to look at it and it began crawling with life. Took 3 days for the bin to get to room temps. |
