Aloe?

I did a search, and nothing about 'Aloe' came up... considering this is a common house plant (at least for people I know!), I was curious if anybody knew anything about Aloe in a worm bin?

Naturally, I wouldnt want the spikes in there, so they would probably be trimmed off...

I would also probably cut it up and freeze/thaw it with the rest of my scrap veggies.

Any ideas on if the worms like it (or perhaps the age old fresh vs frozen for plant matter)?

Thanks all!

(PS: I get my worm bin this week! I have a bucket prepared of soggy cardboard/paper mixed with some canned pumpkin and handfuls of 'forest duff' and 'black crumbly stuff from the bottom of a pile of grass clippings'.... A couple worms were picked up with those handfuls.... its been sitting moist for a week! The pumpkin seems to have started to break down, and some of the cardboard is starting to show some signs of decay...? (only one worm tried to escape in the past week- when the bucket was in a car for five hours)
